When your down and you need inspiration, just turn to the Psalms! Fear, depression, anxiety, etc; they are all from the enemy.
It's easy to lay in the bed or be a recluse in your house and wallow in self pity. I've been there, but cry out to the Lord! He will reach down and pick you up. Surround yourself with God's people.
The Lord is with you, do not be afraid! Trust Him and Be Blessed!
