A little good news..

"The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed."
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭61:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The world needs a little good news. From political and racial divides, to wars, viruses, financial downfall, and just bad news; we need a good word.

God sent His son, to heal the broken hearted, to bring miracles to the sick, and to save the world. Let's share that good news.

How wonderful it is to think about a Savior that loves us that much. He died for us, share that good news with someone, so they can Be Blessed!

Love...

"For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself.""
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:13-14‬ ‭NLT‬‬

How much better would the world be if we all took this verse to heart. Serve one another and love each other.

Instead of arguing about our differences, focus on caring for each other's needs and just being kind to one another. You don't always have to agree, but you can disagree in love and kindness.

Take a moment just to say a kind word, to share a coffee and to love your neighbors. Trust me, you will Be Blessed!

Not everything is good for you...

"You say, "I am allowed to do anything"—but not everything is good for you. And even though "I am allowed to do anything," I must not become a slave to anything."
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭6:12‬ ‭NLT‬‬

It is true, as Christians, we are allowed to do whatever we want. God gives us free will. We can watch porn, blow all our money, drink the night away and even cheat on our taxes, but to what end?

None of those things are good for us and they can even enslave us. It is not the life God has for us. Read to word of God, be a good steward of your finances, attend you local church and yes, be truthful on your taxes.

God had a better plan and a better life for you, so you can Be Blessed!

Fix your eyes on Him...

"So we don't look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever."
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:18‬ ‭NLT‬‬

So what do we fix our eyes on? Politics, finances, sports, the news? Those are nothing but trouble and in the long run, they will be gone and forgotten.

But God and His word will be here for an eternity. Though we cannot see or touch God. He is ever present and loves you greatly!

Fix your eyes on Him, for He is the overcomer and we be with you forever. He wants you to focus on Him so you can Be Blessed!

Give up your own way...

"Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross, and follow me."
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭16:24‬ ‭NLT‬‬

'Give up your own way', that's the tough part for me. We tend to want God to help us but we don't want to give up our old ways. We must relinquish control to God for Him to be able to help.

I have always heard that God is a 'gentleman'. He won't take your problems from you, but He will help you if you give your problems to Him and ask for His help.

So give up "your own way" and Him take them for you, so you can Be Blessed!

Carry your cross...

"A passerby named Simon, who was from Cyrene, was coming in from the countryside just then, and the soldiers forced him to carry Jesus' cross. (Simon was the father of Alexander and Rufus.)"
‭‭Mark‬ ‭15:21‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Simon was forced to carry the cross of Jesus. Little did he know he would be remembered all through history.

What cross are your forced to carry? A sin, a sickness, a failed marry or finances. Everyone has their cross they must bear. But like Simon, we must pick up our cross and carry it. End the end, we will see the purpose and glory. Simons purpose was to bear a cross fir a man, who would save the world.

Your cross might be so you can help others in the same situation. Carry your cross and Be Blessed!

A debt he did not owe...

Carrying the cross by himself, he went to the place called Place of the Skull (in Hebrew, Golgotha). John 19:7 NLT

Christ carried our debt, a debt He did not owe. God placed His only son, on this earth, for one sole purpose, to die for our sins. He suffered a brutal punishment and mockery. Then He was force to carry His cross to a place called Golgotha, where he would be crucified and eventually die for our sins.

None of us, and I do mean none of us, have ever suffered the punishments that He endured. We owed a debt that we could not pay, so He paid a debt He did not owe, so that we, could Be Blessed!

Watch...

"You, too, must keep watch! For you don't know when the master of the household will return—in the evening, at midnight, before dawn, or at daybreak. Don't let him find you sleeping when he arrives without warning. I say to you what I say to everyone: Watch for him!""
‭‭Mark‬ ‭13:35-37‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Jesus was speaking to His disciples, warning them to look and watch for His return. He does not want us to be sleeping when He returns.

He wants us to be about His work. To be delivering the good news, to be serving Him.

Are you preparing for the Lords return? Are you watching for and seeking Him? He has much more in store for you so you can Be Blessed!

Waiting for the savior...

""Lord and Master, I am your loving servant, and now I can die content, for your promise to me has been fulfilled. With my own eyes I have seen your Word, the Savior you sent into the world.

He will be glory for your people Israel, and the Revelation Light for all people everywhere!""
‭‭Luke‬ ‭2:29-32‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Simon was promised, by God, that he would see the Messiah during his lifetime. But Simon didn't sit around and wait, he went on about the Lords work. He knew God would fulfill His promise.

When your looking for a miracle from God, do you sit around and wait, or do you put feet to those prayers and continue with God's work and His plan.

I hope you continue to seek Him so that you may Be Blessed!

God will provide...

""God will provide a sheep for the burnt offering, my son," Abraham answered. And they both walked on together."
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭22:8‬ ‭NLT‬‬

If you know the story of Abraham, then you know that God did provide an offering at the last minute. When we go through times of trouble, discord and fear, remember that God will always provide a way out.

You may think that all is lost and you have no hope, but God is there, watching and waiting. He will provide a way.

Have faith like Abraham and trust in the Lord, in the end you will Be Blessed!
